Pallet Conditions:

• New Pallets: Never used, built to standard specs.

  • Deck spacing between 2.5” to 3.5”.
  • 4-way entry, flush with 3 stringers (1-1/2” x 3-1/2” each).
  • One repair plate per stringer allowed.
• Grade B Pallets (#2): Affordable pallets with visible wear, great for one-time use or storage.
  • 5 to 7 boards on top, 3 or more on the bottom.
  • Repairs may include plugs, plates, or staples on stringers.
  • Top deck spacing can be up to 4”.
  • Length can vary.
• Grade C Pallets (#3): Heavy-use pallets with multiple repairs, best for recycling or secondary use.
• Used HT Pallets: Heat-treated, certified, ready for international use.
