• Heat-Treated (HT) Pallets: Compliant with international shipping standards.

Pallet Conditions

• New Grade A (#1) Pallet: Nearly new with no repairs. Features 7 boards on top, 5 on the bottom, 4-way entry, and no block repairs.
• Grade B (#2) Pallet: Used with minor repairs, 5 to 7 boards on top, and at least 3 on the bottom.
• Grade C (#3) Pallet: Multiple repairs and high potential for failure; generally not offered.
• Pallet Cores: Damaged pallets that are ready for repair.
• Heat Treated (HT) Pallets: Meets ISPM 15 standards.
• Kiln-Dried (KD) Pallets: Moisture content is reduced to prevent warping and fungal growth.

Common Pallet Sizes

• 48" x 40" (1219 mm x 1016 mm): Holds 2,800 to 4,600 lbs. Used in general shipping, military, and cement industries. Fits 520 pallets per 53' dry van (26 stacks, 20 high).
• 42" x 42" (1067 mm x 1067 mm): Supports up to 4,400 lbs. Common in telecommunications, paint, and retail. Fits 600 pallets per 53' dry van.
• 48" x 48" (1219 mm x 1219 mm): Carries up to 4,700 lbs. Suitable for drums, heavy machinery, and industrial components. Fits 520 pallets per 53' dry van.
• 40" x 48" (1016 mm x 1219 mm): Holds up to 4,600 lbs. Used for dairy, produce, and beverages. Fits 600 pallets per 53' dry van.
• 44" x 44" (1118 mm x 1118 mm): Holds up to 4,825 lbs. Ideal for chemicals and heavy goods. Fits 560 pallets per 53' dry van.
